At Exactly we place design at the core of what we do. Joining our small team as a Product Designer means playing a crucial role in thinking, shaping and delivering new products and design experiences as well as overseeing our existing projects.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and marketing teams to take products from concept to launch, while being able to translate users and stakeholders needs into functional product features with great visual interfaces.
You'll be the second full-time designer joining our team, which means you'll have the chance to help shape our design foundation from the ground up and the way how we collaborate with our clients.
What you'll be doing
You'll be involved in multiple projects across the product lifecycle and will be responsible for taking initial concepts and turning them into real products
You'll work in different product environments including mobile apps, web apps, and marketing websites
You'll be responsible for creating user-centered experiences based on research and analytics that simultaneously align with business goals
You'll design end-to-end flows, define user journeys and create wireframes and prototypes that can be shared internally and with stakeholders
You'll turn low and high-fidelity wireframes into great user interfaces by using existing design systems or building new ones from scratch
You'll justify your options and share the rationale behind your designs
You'll iterate over your designs, defining and refining the look and feel based on feedback from our team and stakeholders
You'll define and build visual systems that can be used consistently across different products
You'll document your designs and work closely with the engineering team delivering high-quality assets and specifications and ensuring the successful implementation of the designs
You'll support our marketing team creating social media assets and printed materials when needed
